Shipping

 

For prints, they will be sent securely packaged in a high-quality board envelope (mounted prints) or tube. I take this extra care so that your print arrives with you in the condition it leaves the professional printing labs. I deliver to mainland UK and Ireland - Your print will be typically despatched within 5-7 working days, or before, (not including weekends or bank holidays).

 

The majority of my work incurs no postage costs. Outside of UK & Ireland will incur a cost

Most prints are available in stock but at peak times I will need to order from my printers so there will be approx 10-14 days lead time.

For framed pictures please message me for a cost of postage and packaging.

 

If you have any special requests, urgent delivery requirements or require a different delivery address we are always happy to help, and if you require next day delivery this may be possible too at an additional cost.

Return & exchange policy

 

 

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to resolve your issue.
If the item is returned in its original condition, you get a full refund. Return shipping is your responsibility.

 

Please note bespoke prints and artwork are non-returnable.

Please note that colours do not always appear completely accurate due to cameras and computer monitors.
